AUTO BODY REPAIR
These 35-hour courses provide instruction in the basic fundamentals of auto body repair. The topics include gas brazing, dent repair, body filling, feather edging, priming, sanding and refinishing. Vehicle construction, modern painting techniques and estimating are also covered. Cost of supplies is included in the tuition.

AUTOMOTIVE MECHANICS
This 35-hour course allows participants to expand their basic knowledge of automobiles. Instruction includes removing, installing, diagnosing, repairing and assembling parts, components, and engines. This is an intermediate level course. Participants should have knowledge of preven-tive maintenance.

COSMETOLOGY BOARD PREP
This 12-hour course is a refresher to help cosmetologists prepare to take the State Board Exam. Students must have 1250 completed Cosmetology hours to take the course.

CNC MACHINING
This 35-hour course provides a basic understanding of the Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) process. Emphasis is on programming and operating equipment. This course includes programming the procedures including milling codes and an introduction to the vertical milling machine.

COMPUTER EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS
This 15-hour class will prepare students for office employment by learning the computer skills desired by employers. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are covered and include document formatting, record man-agement, tracking business expenses, proofreading and office proce-dures. Students will strengthen their keyboarding skills and receive job-hunting tips.

INTRO TO MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT
Candidates interested in the warehousing and distribution industry can enroll in this 35-hour course for training on equipment such as the indus-trial forklift, manual, electric and walker rider pallet jacks, electric pallet stackers, hand carts, order pickers, reach trucks and drum carriers. Stu-dents will have a basic understanding of the safety, maintenance and operation of the equipment.

MATH FOR UNION TRADES & EMPLOYMENT EXAMS
Interested in taking an apprenticeship test for electrician, carpenter, plumber, sheet metal worker, or, heavy equipment operator?
This 12-hour course will help those who desire a career in the construc-tion/building trades prepare to solve math problems found on apprentice-ship entrance exams and pre-employment exams. Course topics include reading a ruler, (16th, 8th and quarter inch); adding and subtracting fractions; converting fractions to decimals, and decimals to fractions; and converting between the various increments of inches, feet, yards and special relationships. Test-taking strategies will also be discussed. Stu-dents will become familiar with exam formats through practice tests.

PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER (PLC)
Course content in the 24-hour PLC class includes an introduction to PLCs, instruction in motor control, application development, PLC timers and counters, basic programming, discrete I/O and event sequencing.
